Changed my life.Fitness - well, everyone should do something about it.If you are really busy, then you cannot waste time getting to the gym or classes. I'm not one for reviews but Em is brilliant, she knows when to push and when to protect me. I'm 52 and can honestly say Em has helped me feel great both physically and mentally. The sessions are tough but we laugh a lot and get thro it together. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Em, in fact, I did 2 my husband and now we have regular joint sessions that Em is able to tailor to our respective levels. Honestly, give her a ring, you won't look back! More...

Em has been training me at home for several years now. My initial goals were fat loss and gaining strength and flexibility in preparation for motorcycle racing. Em has now been training me for ten years, two to three one hour sessions per week at our home gym. After many years of an all-consuming job in the City, and far too many good lunches and dinners, my immediate aim was to lose weight, tone up and build a high level of fitness. And then to never let it slip again ! I was also rehabilitating from shoulder and back injuries. With Em’s support and very professional guidance, Stage 1 was successfully achieved through exercise and healthy living in the first six months. I now work hard to make continuing incremental improvements, and to stay fit, active and energetic. Em is extremely professional, knowledgeable and experienced. She makes the sessions fun and has a great sense of humour. I look forward to our training sessions, although I know I am going to hurt during them and afterwards! Em is also as flexible as her busy diary permits in fitting in with my timing, often at short notice. She certainly works very hard herself and her availability in the evenings and at weekends is a huge plus. In the 4 years that Em has been training us, our fitness and body strength has been transformed. She is extremely professional, personable and reliable and changes the sessions to keep us motivated and suit our physical needs. She was critical in my full recovery from a snapped ACL and helped James recover from a knee injury so that he could 6 ski weeks later. We could not recommend Em and Made-2-Fit more highly. More...

Em has been my personal trainer for almost 13 years now. It has been so long we have become great friends. I used to train by myself on a regular basis, but soon lost interest when I became pregnant with my second child. I didn’t slip back into my clothes quickly like I did with my first child, so I lost motivation. Em was recommended by my husband’s work colleague and she really is a great trainer. She pushes me hard even when I don’t want to, but also knows my limit. We work each muscle group over the 3 sessions per week and the exercises are varied so it’s never boring. Even after 13 years Em still corrects my technique...shame on me! I guess this is why I still rely on her. Most importantly, aside from being great and knowledgeable at what she does, she is very reliable and these days this is very rare. A fantastic personal training company in the Thames valley. I have trained with Andy for 10 years now and every week my workout is different, Andy motivates me to push my limits and I have changed my physical appearance and it has made me much fitter and stronger. Training with Em has been a great experience – she is professional and friendly, and knows just when to push me to make sure I get the most from my training without going too far and putting me off. The best thing however has been the results – I have regained so much stamina, developed muscle tone and definition, and best of all made a significant positive difference to a long standing back problem. Em has been training me for 3.5 years and I would highly recommend her. Her sessions have improved my fitness and strength dramatically, I think I'm the fittest I've ever been. Her weekly sessions are fun and chatty. We talk about all aspects of health and her advice is invaluable. Last year I was diagnosed with breast cancer, after getting the nod from my surgeon, Em adjusted my training accordingly and I was back to full fitness within 2 months of ending treatment. I would highly recommend Em as personal trainer. I was nervous about starting personal training, but Em is extremely professional, competent and very knowledgeable about training the individual. She takes time to listen to your needs and tailors each work out accordingly, she takes all my moans and groans in her stride and has got me to a point in my fitness level I never would have reached without her. Em also knows her anatomy and physiology really well, so is able to help with injuries - knowing when it is better not to train, knowing when it is safe and helping with exercises to improve things. She really is a safe pair of hands in those situations. If you have ever considered personal training but have been nervous to do so, I would say give it a go - you may really enjoy it. We have been training with Andy for nearly a year and can honestly say we look forward to every session. No two sessions are the same and the ease of having someone come out to your own house beats travelling to the gym. Andy Tweedie PT Review

I've been training with Andy for just under a year now and I can honestly say he is the best PT I have ever worked with.

He has a brilliant range of exercises that keeps the workouts varied and interesting using all of the equipment in my home gym. He also has a great handle on managing injuries, strains and pains from his rugby career days and always ensures I do a stretching before and after workouts which is something I always missed out in the past but is s must do.

Andy is a super hard working personal trainer, his is always flexible to fit in sessions around my busy schedule and also happy to pop over at short notice as & when I can fit a session in.

He knows when to push you hard and also knows when to go a bit easier if I look like I’ve had a tough week at the office ! He is also motivational and inspires you to keep focusing on your fitness and health goals.

His greatest trait is that he's a really top bloke, easy to get along with which I think is key to a successful relationship with your PT. We always have a laugh but always end up with a great session that leaves me feeling like the pain & sweat were worthwhile!!

On recommendation I started training with Em just before Christmas, I wasn't sure how it would go or if it would be for me. I sustained a back injury a few years back which made me really reluctant to push myself/do a weights or cardio style workout. Em is both patient and supportive whilst all the time nudging me forward. In just over a month I'm both fitter and stronger. Em has been training me for ....years! She has a rare mix of being friendly but firm, encouraging, knows her stuff (including how your body works physically) and can motivate me to achieve my goals.

Her workouts are varied, we use different kit for each session, and she tailors each workout according to how I am and what is going on in my world.
