Having chosen J S Security Solutions to supply and fit our new garage doors I am very pleased with the service they provide, from the first contact though to the final installation. They came to do the survey when they said and provided a competitive quotation very quickly. Having accepted their quote they kept us informed with the progress of our order and fitting them on the day they quoted, they have made a really very good job of them, they cleared up very well after themselves and took away all the rubbish and arranged for the old doors to be collected on the day they were removed. It was such a pleasure meeting Steve and Joe, I can’t fault them at all, they’re both super friendly, polite, efficient, down to earth, as a business they’re reliable, honest, punctual, great communication, professional, they explain things clearly, there was no hidden costs, and I feel their prices would be really hard to beat for what they offer.

I had two Ring floodlight cameras installed and am very pleased with the result. They were very friendly and professional and after installation they helped set up the cameras on the Ring app and made sure they were at the right angle. I had Joe and Steve visit my property today to install CCTV and I can’t praise them enough.
Professional , courteous , hard working and thoroughly nice gentlemen
To match this their service was outstanding value for money , I honestly would of paid double for this level of professional service and equipment
I run my own business and if I had engineers half as good as Joe and Steve then I would be very happy
If you need any security services then simply do not look any further , go straight to JS security as you won’t find better

I thoroughly recommend this Company. Steve came out very quickly to do the quote which was very competitive. They knew we had current problems at the farm, and kindly came out on a Sunday to install 4 security cameras. They were very thorough, and had it all up and running by the end of the day. You could hardly see the wiring, and the equipment is top notch, state of the art. They left the premises very neat and tidy afterwards. We now feel much more safe and secure. This company is 1st rate!. Steve and Joe are extremely professional and knowledgeable.
They arrived on time to put right my existing system which had previously been installed unsatisfactorily. They also installed 2 new cameras at my request.
Their workmanship is excellent as is their aftercare service. Nothing is too much trouble for these guys, they are always available and happy to help.

Joe and Steve not only get the job done efficiently and tidily, they also care a great deal about their customers, striving to understand their needs, and their quality products, of which they are very knowledgible. A great deal of care has been taken to make sure I'm happy with the procedure from start to finish, and it doesn't stop there. The app is tricky to use at first, so JS encouraged me to call them with issues, which I'm sure I will be doing soon!
