There are so many website providers it's very hard to know which to choose and what you are going to end up with. I decided to go with Steve Axtell and It'sezee because I knew Steve, liked him and had heard very good things - but I was still nervous! To say I am pleased with the website is an understatement - it is everything I wanted it to be and more. What stood out most though was the personal support throughout the whole process - Steve was fantastic, going over and above to help and guide me with it. Whenever I dealt with the support team they were also prompt and always had a 'can do' attitude whatever the problem. Editing the website I can handle (the it'seeze website editor is so easy to use) but anything techy brings me out in a cold sweat! AVOID LIKE HERP*S Reply to your reply. It was shocking. Full of errors. Full of grammatical mistakes. Pictures of American gardens. Basically the salesman ignored everything I said. Rude unhelpful staff. A total con and an unnecessary battle. Plus it took 3 months Unfortunately I can't leave a minus score. Such an awful company they absolutely messed up my website and couldn't care less. The customer service manager made me feel as it was my fault and stated I would not be able to cancel my 2 year contract. Hmmmm. Well after a battle they relented.
