We love helping people to recognise the marketing power of their knowledge, and the content they could be sharing with their audience. One of our favourite parts of our job is seeing customers enjoy the contribution they can make to their own marketing.
We’re motivated by the professional pride we take in doing a good job, surpassing customers’ expectations and helping them to feel proud of every visual and written element of their brand.

What inspired you to start your own business?
The In The Box team has worked together for many years, and we greatly respect one another’s abilities in our specialist areas. We’ve developed a seamless way of working together. But we wanted the freedom of our own business and the ability to have a degree of choice over the work we do. We wanted to work with clients in our own unique way – by being ourselves and allowing our natural tendency to get on well with people to come to the fore, so we can build and enjoy our relationships with clients. We also want to build a business that we’d want to work for!

Whilst we always prefer to meet people in person, if location or circumstances (such as Covid-19) mean that's not possible, we're very comfortable getting to know our clients, onboarding them and delivering our services via video chat, email and telephone.
