What information do you need from a client before you start work?
We go into a lot of detail, asking questions about your company, if you have any current branding, who is your competition, other companies you admire, your company values, the communicating tools you will need, and details about expectations of the new design.
What sorts of printing projects do you usually cater for?
A broad spectrum covering brochures, leaflets, postcards, stationery, forms, banners, invitations, menus, folders, newsletters, magazines, vehicles, shop fronts and exhibitions.
Describe your creative process.
Working together, we will guide you through developing your brand and ensure your marketing tools put across the right message to help move your business forward. We believe the client is part of the team - you know your business better than anyone - and will be kept in the loop throughout the design process. Our prices inlcude two revision stages, after which point the client has a product they are happy with.

What do you love most about your job?
I love creating new brands and then the implementation, seeing them come to life and being used to their full capacity.
What inspired you to start your own business?
It was a natural progression from a career which started after I graduated with a degree in Graphic Design in 1991. I worked my way up the ladder to become Studio Manager and Creative Head at a full service agency for four years. Looking for a new challenge I wanted to be able to offer this service to my clients, using my experience and preferred suppliers at a more realistic cost.
