Had a fantastic experience training with Jake at the start of the summer. He's got a real passion for fitness, a great logical approach to training that's easy to understand and fit into your life, and best of all makes you feel immediately like he's a good mate you've known for years. After too many years of limited exercise I was encouraged by my girlfriend to undergo a fitness programme to get back into the supposed "shape" of my younger years!

I was fortunate to find Jake as the ideal man to get me back into shape. I found him very personable and his range of exercises meant that I never got bored of the typical mundane gym routine. Jake was also very accommodating in fitting my sessions around my often highly flexible work hours so I was grateful for that.

I like to think that I'm now in better shape than when I signed up 10months ago to the extent that I may soon sign up for a marathon. So thanks Jake for your help & professionalism - its appreciated.

I started working out with Jake at Endurra Fitness earlier in 2015 after not working out for several years. He devised a personal fitness and food plan for me and while it was really challenging, he made sure there was a lot of variety and it was actually fun! In no time I was fit and feeling great, losing body fat and inches - the training changed my body shape and boosted my confidence. Jake is a highly qualified and knowledgeable trainer and an all round great guy. I would highly recommend him and Endurra Fitness for anyone at any level of fitness. More...

I have been training with Endurra Fitness for over a year and the results have been great. Originally, I started training in order to lose a few kilos and reduce my back pain (I sit at a desk for 12 hours a day) and the results have been superb. I have lost over 2 stone in total and have no back pain but the real plus is that it is just so much better than training by myself. There is good variety in and the training is fun, meaning I now look forward to sessions as opposed to dreading it. More...

I started training with Jake as I was getting bored with my old fitness routine. I went through an extensive training programme at the health club in Piccadilly and now train with Jake once every couple of weeks whilst following the programmes he has written for me. It makes all the difference. Keeping things fresh keeps my enthusiasm high and stops boredom setting in, and I have the added benefit of making sure my technique stays correct and motivation stays high. Jake has completely transformed my lifestyle – I have gone from being unfit, flabby and really quite shy to a confident, healthy young man who is fit and toned enough to sunbathe on beaches, play football again and generally enjoy my life far more than I was. His friendly, yet disciplined approach, combined with his excellent knowledge of exercise and nutrition, in my opinion, makes Jake one of the best personal trainers around! More...

Jake makes you work at 100% of your potential, making sure you get the best results from your time in the gym. From my own experience in working with Jake, I have lost over 2 stone and run my first marathon (London 2013) at the age of 44 in a time much quicker than I thought was possible.

Facilities are great, the training was structured and progressive with achievable goals and the diet advice provided was in line with the workouts and running programme. I would certainly recommend Endurra Fitness.

You can come to the Piccadilly Health Club and Spa and train with me in 5* facilities. Towels, water, fruit, hair dryers and lockers provided. No gym membership required.

Perfect for if you're new to personal training, the programme consists of two full health assessments, 12 x 1 hour personal training sessions as well as comprehensive nutrition and lifestyle advice.
