I received a text message stating availability and messaged back a date and time that suited me.
NO response so I messaged again on date agreed to check Anita was coming.
NO response. Another message sent as I don't live in the house with the oven stating it was a 50 mile round trip. Still NO response. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE 😡

I can only say EXCELLENT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY & PROFESSIONAL SERVICE from quote to end result - a spuer clean oven. Desperate for an oven valet company before new owners moved in 4wks pre-Christmas. With all other companies tried fully booked saying; "no chance, not this time of year!!". In stepped 'Eco Oven Valet from Shrewsbury' - WOWEE what a refreshing change dealing with a company who really wanted my business. Their a small family firm & were fantastic, I couldn't believe the end result when she had finished. It was practically new looking inside & out, total transformation :) . Couldn't be happier, plus they charged only half of what I'd been quoted from others - wehey double brucey bonus :) . Both Anita and Raf came to clean my double oven as arranged. They arrived on time - did a tremendous job - dismantled the ovens when I wasn't even aware that such a thing could be done.
They were extremely thorough - left everything in the vicinity of where they were working very clean - and also cleaned the ceramic hob for no extra charge. They didn't rush and took their time to do a very good job. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them - or using them again if needed in the future.
