Played phone tag for 3 or 4 days....then finally received a message to say he would call me again on a specified evening. The phone call never happened, so I found somebody who did call when they promised to call and had the work done.

Work not finished satisfactorily, will not discuss or respond to calls and emails, refuses to do relatively small changes and has threatened to take me to court for his shoddy work. Avoid at all costs.
