I thought ECS were good, starting out ok and very keen cleaning my carpets, but never got back to me and didn’t turn up when they said they’d be back two days later to clean my sofas and did not respond to my texts / phone calls - disappointing !

They were very professional and hard working did a great job cleaning our carpets and we have a house rabbit which sometimes weed on the carpet and they did a good job in removing the urine stains I would fully recommend this company. An appointment was booked today at 1.30. I had been communicating with Roy, however no one from this company showed up. I called them, emailed and rang but no answer at all.
