A thoroughly professional job removing a huge old maple tree from my front lawn, very close to the house. The team took their time, using great care and paying attention to details. Clean up was much better than I ever expected. After grinding the stump, all debris was carefully removed, the lawn evened out and raked. From start to finish it has been a great experience. I first saw the Team working in Cowplain and took a photo of their number. I called and was given great service initially by a very polite member of staff. The team then attended my home to quote on exactly what I requested. The quote was then emailed over within 5-10 minutes. Upon accepting the quote, a time and date was agreed. This morning an amazing team of friendly staff attended and impressed me initially with their politeness and professionalism. They cracked on with their work amongst the hustle and bustle of school rush hour, being thoughtful to all those who were passing by. A really great experience from a company I’ve never used before. Birchwood Tree Services did a professional job today cutting all the dead and dying limbs out of my pinetree with ropes and harness, they also replaced my fencing, im very happy with the work they have done I highly recommend and will be using them again. Thank you for your hard work.
