Anne's Arrangements

I've been arranging flowers since I was very young and my grandmother decided I should learn ladylike skills (I can also cook a souffle and do fine needlepoint!) and entered me in the Dorset show flower arranging class - and I came first! I did all the flowers for my own wedding 25 years ago and friends and family would ask me to do theirs. Then I was asked to make up 'keepsake' hair accessories in silk to match those worn in fresh at special events, and along with one of the venues I did flowers for asking me to do their weekly flowers and friends of friends asking for flowers and accessories - a business was born. It ticked along quietly until I took partial early retirement 7 years ago, since when I have been combining it with the 3 day a week job I do at a children's hospital in London.

I love helping people to get things just right for them.
As an independant I can travel to a customer to help them make their choice, and am not bound by any corporate requirements. There is also the advantage of not having the overheads of retail premises, meaning costs can be lower.
I'll also try and take the stress out of an event, I have a whole range of anecdotes and stories to defuse most stressful situations.

I can provide initial discussions via Virtual meetings (Zoom, Teams, GoToMeeting, WebEx, Facetime etc.). All wedding deliveries are done in a COVID secure way.

All deliveries are done in a socially distanced way, and all discussions can be done either via virtual meetings or social distanced where current COVID lockdown/roadmap circumstances permit. All vases/wraps can be sanitised before handling.
