I used these guys to move the contents of my home into a storage unit and then out of a storage unit. When they moved my belongings from the unit my brand new Samsung washer drier had gone missing along with items left on the loading bay at the storage unit which I only found out about because the storage company called me and many items moved were damage. When I tried to have court papers delivered to the address on their website, trying to get some kind of compensation for the missing washing machine, the address didn't exist. I wouldn't ever use these guys.- Response to SteliosThe storage place didn't refuse to give CCTV . The CCTV footage only lasts for a month and you were used again 2 months later before I had noticed the missing washing machine. Also, no response to the fact that your address wasn't correct and the court papers went undelivered. I have no proof that you delivered the washing machine into the storage unit and specifically rememeber having to call your partner when you mysteriously disappeared for around an hour en route to the storage facilities. Also no response to the fact that you left some of my belongings at the storage facilities loading bay. I am simply warning others of my experience when I used you. our terribleexperienced with alphapackandgo.removals when they turned up at my house on the morning of my removal. two of the workers were smelling of alcohol. it got from bad to worse .the removal men were forcing my leather suite through the door with out any protection. on. I had a small rip on it.and scratches. My lamps were broken.I asked them if they did nt.have a larger van as it was a three bedroom house.the worker said it was the only van they had.this van was 8ft square. I could not believe. this removal was getting worse by the minute. when I called their office at night to complain.the guy who answered the call was the same voice.who I booked my removal with.to my astonishmenthe told me he had nt .carried out any removal that day.my worst experienced with any removal company. please avoid like the plague.
