We had the wonderful opportunity to work with Imane for a sweet 16 party. Imane was fantastic with her communication from the start to the very end. She placed an order with us on behalf of her client, provided detailed instructions for delivery, and emailed a reminder a few days before the order was due with further details. We had a great experience working with such a detail-oriented event planner. Highly recommended!!!

My company has worked with Katie for over 8 years, and we cannot say enough amazing things about her! Not only is Katie warm, receptive and incredibly creative, she is one of those ultra-talented creatives who is also insanely organized and phenomenal at multi-tasking. I have watched her manage small private parties to large scale corporate events while maintaining that ever-sought-after balance of thoughtful planning and endless imagination. On a personal note, I also worked with Katie on my brother and sister-in-law’s wedding; they both live in Calgary and very calmly flew into Vancouver just a week before their wedding date! Katie managed everything for them over the long distance, and our guests could not rave enough about her organization, experience, and gentle and warm demeanour. There’s no-one else I’d trust with my events, and no-one else I’ll be calling for that top-quality magic!

Aleksandra did an incredible job as our day of coordinator! She made sure we had meetings before the wedding and also organized the rehearsal. She went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and it did. Aleksandra put out my decor and it looked beautiful! She followed through with all my requests and instructions to the slightest detail. She also met up with all of our vendors and was guiding them through out the day with professionalism. Our ceremony and reception was perfect and beautiful with no issues. I wasn’t even the slightest stressed out on my big day because I knew she was in charge! I am so glad I had this girl by my side! She was amazing and made our wedding so much more beautiful! Greg and I would recommend her services to anyone.

Robyn was our day-of-coordinator and did an amazing job! It was a pleasure working with her through the wedding process. She is personable, full of life, confident and professional. She even gifted us with personalized napkins for the wedding, which was so thoughtful! We got married this past January at the Moon Palace in Mexico. Working with Marsha and her team made the process a lot easier.  They were very helpful coordinating all the flights and bookings directly with our guests, which allowed us to relax and not stress about the travel plans and resort reservations.  They helped put us in touch with outside vendors because we wanted more than just the basic packages that the resort offered. It was certainly helpful to have someone local to call and e-mail (constantly!) who knew the answers to most questions, and if they didn't know the answer they would find the answers for us. Most e-mails and quotes were provided in a timely and professional manner. Having a destination wedding is a much different planning process because you only become a priority at the resort about a month or so before arrival, especially if the resort you are getting married at does a ton of weddings every month. Although the initial meeting with the on-site wedding planner was a bit repetitive, I think it would have been overwhelming to arrive at the resort without having gone over all the details first with Marsha and her team. Overall, we had a good experience and found it helpful to not have to be in contact with the resort directly. Marsha and her team helped to ensure details were attended to and that we could enjoy the lead up time to our wedding = )
