The coaches are attentive, supportive and easygoing - Tom always had time for my millions of questions. The workouts are tough but balanced; and only 45 minutes! I’ve never been a fan of gyms but the atmosphere here is great. A small supportive community and it brings a great vibe to the space. Thanks all
