Mark has implemented and tailored our sessions to build up my strength in the upper body, most recently this has resulted in an 8kg pb to my 1rm on the bench press (a lift I've always struggled on due to a partial labrum tear) I would recommend mark as a PT to anybody looking to take their fitness journey to the next level as he is thorough, accommodating and has a wealth of knowledge, he enjoys seeing results in the gym more than his clients, I'm sure of it 😂
