When I first started I couldn’t even push a couch by myself and I was constantly dizzy from low iron deficiency, but now 2 months into my strength training with Michael, I no longer feel dizzy and can move furniture around all by myself to vacuum under and do daily house duties comfortably without relying on my husband.
