My formal qualification is an Integrative Exercise Practitioner, Health, Nutrition and Rehab Coach and Physical Therapist. Yes I’m also a personal trainer, but that is my lowest qualification, it’s only a 6 week only course to be a trainer compared to 7 years full-time study for my qualification.
