What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

My formal qualification is an Integrative Exercise Practitioner, Health, Nutrition and Rehab Coach and Physical Therapist. Yes I’m also a personal trainer, but that is my lowest qualification, it’s only a 6 week only course to be a trainer compared to 7 years full-time study for my qualification.

a. My focus is on helping dedicated people perform at their best by giving them the tools and support to be fit and healthy for life. I’m definitely not about quick fixes or just superficial goals. I’m about helping people achieving greatness in all aspects of their lives by being as fit, healthy and vibrant as possible to have the energy they need all day to perform at their best and achieve their goals!

c. I offer complete programs in which we cover everything from posture correction, hormonal and digestive health, nutrition and lifestyle modifications, injury rehab and functional training.

I choose to not work with just anybody, as mentioned before, if you are looking for just a quick fix or for something to just yell at you or stand there and count your reps, I’m not your man, I offer a full holistic integrative experience for people who want to make big long-term changes in their life.
