Services that we provide online/remotely are definitely not as optimal as having an in-person trainer due to equipment and not getting the full experience you would like, with monitoring your progress. We strongly suggest an in-person training program as you will benefit most from it.
We are double vaccinated! We also try to maintain space between trainer and client when possible. It is encouraged that the exercise sessions are taken outside for both practical reasons and for health safety reasons.
