We started as a two person operation mostly catering for our friends and families. These events were mainly birthday parties, engagement parties, christenings and other smaller occasions. It wasn’t long before we began to take on bigger jobs, and hired more staff. After several months, we were catering for events such as weddings, funerals and even formal corporate functions. Today, we’re an experienced team of 12 people, including gourmet chefs, professional waiting staff, and even a mixologist.
One of the biggest challenges is calculating the right amount of food and drink for an event. Food waste can be a problem in the catering industry so it’s crucial that caterers prepare properly to ensure everyone is fed while also minimising waste. This is normally easier to do for sit-down meals with structured courses, but can be a little trickier with party style food such as with buffets and canapés. However, with experience and the right preparation, you can achieve both full bellies and virtually empty bins. Especially if the food is delicious like ours always is!
For us, most of the hard work is done before the day of the event. From ordering only the best quality produce to ensuring all equipment is spotlessly clean, we put the hours in early. As the old adage goes, ‘if you fail to prepare, prepare to fail’. This includes ensuring that any guests with special dietary requirements are prepared for, all staff members are aware of the time schedule, and all food that can be prepared before the event is ready to go. Once that’s all taken care of, we can focus on providing delicious food and a professional service with a smile throughout the duration of the event.

First I want to start by saying the food is delicious . Literally you will be sucking your fingers . The mofongo cups with vaca frita or chicken when I tell you I had the best taste in my mouth I kept eating them back to back . So delicious ,very attentive, very careful with everything . On top of everything . It was like I literally wanted to ask him can you come and cater for me everyday for my daily food . Because when I tell you the food was good and I am a picky eater I don’t like pork , steak none of that and when I tasted it , it was like I fell in love with it . Don’t get me wrong I won’t be eating steak pork or any of that anywhere else but Klein is really really good at what he does I was amaze and the fact that he had his A game on go was the most thing I loved . He will be the cater for any of my following events that I need or plan on having . I loved it so much I just can literally go on and on but I recommend his service with my eyes closed I know for sure no one would regret it. What you would regret is not contacting him . Thank you Klein for your amazing service and delicious food looking forward to more of it .

Lechelle catered our wedding and did such a phenomenal job! All of my guests raved about the food! She was professional and such a lovely person. We were 110 percent satisfied with her performance and services!!!!

We hired Indulge Catering for an engagement party of 40 people. They did an amazing job. Our guests raved about the food and I continue to get compliments on the food and service provided by Indulge. They also provided decorations for the event which were beautiful. From food to decorations and service, Indulge pays great attention to every detail. They are a pleasure to work with and I will definitely use them in the near future!
