The food was DE-Lic-IOUS! Very good. I wanted to maintain my manners but I looked and wanted to scrape the pans at the same time. An internal struggle based on the food’s great taste. Please get the Greens if you have the opportunity. It’s hard to please southerners with them and they were amazing. It was excellently presented, great temperature, a varied menu and good portions for a large crowd. I Definitely recommend Ikigai Dining for your next catered event. I promise you I wasn’t paid for this endorsement.
We are a food, meal prep, and catering company. We were established on Oct. 2021. We started our services May of 2022. Our cooks are very well diverse and excellent at what they do. What makes us different is that we are a faith based company that does not just focus on the taste and enjoyment of the food, but also on health. Some of the foods include blackened salmon, grilled chicken kabob, cooked greens (kale and collard) or massaged kale salad, roasted sweet potatoes, lemon garlic chicken, turkey meatballs, curry cauliflower, etc.

I absolutely recommend ordering your food from Anointed meals. Every single one of the meals is prepared fresh for you and the taste is AMAZING!! I had a fresh salad with shrimp, and it was so flavorful. I also enjoyed the blackened salmon. Sooooo good! 😋 You can't beat the prices for the quality of food you are getting. JYM catered our small backyard wedding with 15 immediate family members. Communication leading up to the event was great and they offered a wide range of food and catering options. Many of my family members are cooks so it is a tough crowd. Even so, everyone thoroughly enjoyed the food. I did, however, knock one star off because the fried chicken was not cooked all the way through and some pieces were bloody, so we had to put it in the oven.

Their baby backs will make you grin with happy. The place basically has wooden stools around a big round wooden table. They serve the meat on disposable plates and foil, but the ribs were sooo good. They also have every hot sauce known to man opened and sitting on shelves and the table. Try the comfort food sides.
