My baby was 2,5 months when I started and Simon planned the classes to suit my fitness levels at that stage and it improved so much. One of the most enjoyable personal training sessions I've ever had. I worked out with Adam three times a week for 45 minutes each time. I never missed a session since he made working out enjoyable while also assisting me in achieving my health goals. Losing weight as a person with PCOS is difficult, and it is easy to become discouraged when you need to shed those pounds. However, getting a trainer that is as invested in your goals as you are is always a plus. A trainer who gives you support when you need it and makes sure he checks in your meals. Every day he introduced a new challenge (training routine), which kept things interesting.
The music for the spinning class at the gym can be a little distracting at times, so if it can be taken down a notch, that would be great so that trainers don't have to shout across the room.
