After a successful debut show, I entered another competition, the 2013 WBFF South Africa, that same year. Although my second contest was with a bigger federation and division, I managed to replicate my initial success by taking home my Pro Card after being placed 1st. Since then I have competed every year after that in the WBFF competition internationally. Being fit and living healthy is what I know and love. Fitness has always been a part of my life. I want to teach people the correct way to diet, train and exercise to get serious results. During my career, I have picked up a lot of knowledge from international fitness celebrities and also put together a lot of tips and tricks that I learned with every competition and with different people that I have helped to get the results they want. Part of my process is to assess my customers’ bodily strengths and weaknesses and create customized workout plans. I will provide physical and mental guidance and monitor customers' progress on a regular basis. I also make sure that customers don’t get injured while training. I am available to work with individuals or in small groups. What I cover if you train with me: 1. Evaluate clients’ fitness levels and health conditions 2. Build individualized exercise programs & diet program 3. Explain exercises in detail and suggest alternatives if needed 4. Monitor the progress of clients’ fitness levels 5. Explain safe and proper use of excercise equipment 6. Lead both individual and group training sessions 7. Research on new exercise techniques and trends
