I was always athletic at school. I was a part of as many sports clubs as possible and I would never seem to slow down – being active is simply who I am. When I first joined a gym I quickly learnt that I could set new milestones and beat them again and again. Being able to see progression was fascinating and pushing myself to new limits was great. I became friends with the personal trainers at my gym and the job they were describing was simply perfect for me. I then booked onto my first training course and the rest was history!
I have a Master Personal Trainer Diploma, certifications in sports massage, and even ante and postnatal instructing. I’m certified to instruct cycling, weight lifting, and circuit training.

Rodney is such an amazing trainer! Personally, I live in the US and this is my first time doing online training and I swear it’s been the easiest out of all the times I’ve ever tried to be on a fitness journey! He has so much patience, all the knowledge you need to lead you in the right direction with things! He’s always sooo positive, and will help you find alternatives for the things you like! overall just a wonderful person & really respectful! Jason has been an absolute God sent. I have nothing but positive experiences working with Jason on my strength, flexibility and weight loss journey. He is a true professional, tremendously knowledgeable and competent. Jason tailored all my workouts and my nutritional plans specifically to my needs and goals, challenging me continuously, but also taking into consideration all my previous injuries.
