If i were to use the word AMAZING! it would just be an understatement. When my then fiance and I were searching for a wedding coordinator we didn't realize how difficult that task could be. We had set up appointments with 3 coordinators. Two of the coordinators canceled our appointments last minute without any kind of notice in advanced and without rescheduling for a future appointment. We were very disappointed at this process, the 3rd coordinator that we set up a session, we didn't get the feeling that she was attentive to our concerns. Taking forever to respond to our messages and when we called, the phone was going straight to voice mail. So we continued our search and placed our information on Bark.com and Ashley from Signature Essence Events contacted us. Right from the get go she introduced herself in such a professional manner and it made us feel a lot more comfortable setting up an appointment. She gave us choices of in person, Zoom session, or a phone call. We felt so relieved that she was willing to do what made her client as comfortable as possible. We chose a Zoom meeting. In our appointment with her, she listened to our concerns and requirements for our wedding. Immediately she explained exactly what service we were looking for and explained in great detail what her services included. She also broke down the payments so it would be much easier for us. We had 9 months to plan for our wedding and Ashley was there every step of the way. She ensured that all of our vendors were in sync and understood exactly what my wife and I were looking for. Finally, when our big day arrived, Ashley made us feel like we were guests on our wedding day and not as a host. She ensured that everything was executed as we planned it out in the timeline that Ashley helped us create. My wife and I enjoyed the wedding planning process thanks to Ashley. She was in our corner every step of the way and my wife and I couldn't ask for a better wedding! All of our family members and friends had such an amazing time and gave great compliments on how the wedding was coordinated. I will ABSOLUTELY recommend Ashley from Signature Essence Events to anyone. Her experience in the wedding industry speaks for itself. We couldn't ask for a better experience ❤️

I absolutely loved working with Martha. She helped me with my flower arrangements for my wedding. I was looking for a florist who was affordable and attentive in Miami. Miami has many selections, which made it very overwhelming. You want to make sure the day of your wedding everything is running smooth right Luckily, I had Martha to not only help me with my floral arrangements, she also had her executives to make sure my dress and veil were perfect while walking down the aisle or when taking pictures, something I am very thankful for.
When I reached out to Martha, we were able to schedule a meeting quickly (which was great, you want a quick response), from there we were able to discuss exactly what I wanted the flower arrangements to be. She made some suggestions that I loved (having flowers sitting on top of the seating chart). What stuck out to me, Martha wasn't trying to sell me something I didn't want, she focused on exactly what I wanted (which was refreshing).
I wish I can go back to my wedding day to experience it all again.
I was beyond happy with the outcome. Martha was truly a pleasure to work with.

Here we have a team of highly talented, efficient and customer service oriented professionals. They seriously went above and beyond in catering my wedding and rehearsal dinner. I was an out of town bride and it was incredibly challenging to plan a wedding from a far but they made is seamless. They were responsive (and i mean phone, email and text) which is very hard to find in Miami. They made it very obvious to me that I was important to them and they took great pride in their work. And the food was delicious! I have been to very few weddings where the food is still remembered 6 months out and i can tell you i am very proud that the food dade county food group provided us with is still being talked about! We are total food snobs so having gourmet food was a must and thankfully Brian and his team were ready to make it happen and keep it within our price range. If i could do it again i would not hesitate to make the same decision.
