I think that there is a lack of translation and hearing on someone’s part - I wanted the card signed from “Mom and Doug” and whomever answered the phone spelled “D-O-U-G” back to me, but when my daughter received the flowers, the card read, “Mom and DAD.” Secondly, I said NO roses, and the person answering the phone suggested “brightly colored flowers”, and I said yes, but my daughter received “brightly colored ROSES”. The bouquet was beautiful, however.
