I met with them a couple times prior to ordering so I could figure out the amount of meat needed for the number of people attending. Each time they were extremely helpful and made necessary suggestions. They were helpful in packing the meat into our cooler with ice since we were driving 4 hours away to Idaho. Highly recommend!!
