We couldn't have picked a better catering service for our wedding reception! Pam and her team are exceptional and their service is impeccable. The initial anxiety we had about our reception at a museum disappeared the first time we met with them since they were able to provide pretty much everything for our entire reception (food, tables, chairs, linens, glassware, cutlery, bartenders, servers, etc). Pam is super responsive and communicative to the LAST detail. She was happy to meet with us multiple times to discuss food menu, cocktails, tastings, and gave us so many great suggestions. They adjusted really well to our requests and our budget!Our food menu consisted of multiple appetizers and tapas which were to DIE for (our guests raved about it). The almond/bacon crostinis, mushroom pockets, and salmon oscars were a hit. Servers and bartenders were nothing but excellent,. We wouldn't have had it any other way and would pick Aspen Catering in a heartbeat. Thank you for being such a wonderful part of our day!!!

Great atmosphere, even better food. Crispy, cool salad and warm fresh bread with the absolute most delicious entrees. The beef rib ravioli melts in your mouth, and the chicken Marsala is perfect. Even the crab cakes are to die for. Joe is a great guy, and will treat you like family. I have been a a regular here for a year now and absolutely love the place.
