The beds are SO comfortable, the room decor both warm and inviting and the staff efficient, kind and conscientious!!! I was not particularly impressed with Table19, the in-house restaurant, though. service was poor and terribly slow, sodas were flat and I was given a Caesar salad with Italian dressing NOT Caesar dressing. I know, 1st world problems! LOL ... I would DEFINITELY stay here, again, and I HIGHLY recommend it to anyone traveling to/through Peoria, Illinois .....

Beautiful place to host an event. And the tower at night is just the most romantic place in town.

We came here for my mother-in-law's birthday.  Our server was personable and prompt.  There's a neat little vibe to this place, despite the building being brand new.  The only issue we had, was the wait for menus, of which apparently there was a shortage, and the food.  This was ok with us, as we weren't in a hurry.  But this is the reason for 4 stars.  I know this place is new, and likely still working out the kinks in their processes.  Our waiter did a good job offsetting this by keeping us topped up on salsa and chips.  Their salsa is the best I've tasted in Peoria.  This isn't the normal "white-person" salsa that you get at the rest of the Mexican restaurants in town.  This stuff is flavorful and has a decent kick to it.The food was excellent.  I had the Jalisco Asada, and it was fantastic.  My wife had the shrimp fajitas and were just excellent!As mentioned previously by another reviewer, the prices are a bit higher than the rest of the cookie-cutter Mexican places...but I don't think it's out of line for food that's this good.We'll definitely be back.
