Casablanca made our office holiday party a total success. They went above and beyond for us. From the moment I spoke to Cher I knew they were going to be awesome. She was able to effectively answer all of my questions and reassured me when I was a little anxious. On the day of the event, Cher came to our office scope out the best spots to set up. I left to get ready, and when I came back to the office, their set up of the appetizer table and buffets tables were so pretty. They had flower arrangements that matched our company colors, which was a great touch. The only feedback I would give was on the flow of the buffet itself. Our guest had to cross the existing line to go take a seat. Thank you, Casablanca team! You really made our holiday party special!

I wasn't expecting to enjoy a Popsicle that much. I only tried the toasted coconut, but so far so good. Coconut was my favorite when I was younger so I'm the worlds leading authority on coconut ice cream. And I can say I wouldn't bother with anything else. Had no artificial taste to it. I think it tastes better and much more pure that most pops you buy at the grocery store. It was sweet but not overly. The coconut pieces gave it a great texture... Seems like they spent a lot of time to get the taste just right, which as a customer I appreciate. I'll go back for the coconut, but I wanna give some other favors a try, especially the Elvis. That's my review..Good job!

We had this catering truck make food for an event at our home. The food was fantastic and everyone was very happy w/ it. It was all fresh and hot as they just park their truck outside and bring the food in to serve. My only slight gripe is that they ran out of sides (for 2nd and 3rd helpings) but that was due to the large portions they served our guests. I would highly suggest them as caterors.
