I provide mental health counseling (or therapy) to help people overcome anxiety, depression, phobias, relationship problems, insomnia, impulsive behavior, substance abuse, PTSD, and other stress-related problems. My fee is $120 for the first session and $100 each session thereafter. I currently don’t take insurance as payment but am working on that so I can in the hopefully near future.

Shout out to my friend, Kenneth Master Noble, of Noble Wellness! I recently started going back to him for acupuncture, after a lonnnggg break while we were across state.
This morning I was feeling so lousy, drowsy, and achey, I almost called to say I wasn't coming. But I know that is hard when people cancel appointments at the last moment and it is difficult or impossible to fill that spot. So I went.
I think I forgot how bad I was feeling this morning and just went about my day after acupuncture. Tonight it dawned on me… I was about in shut down mode this morning and ready to reach for ibuprofen but decided to wait. I never did take that ibuprofen, and I was just thinking tonight that I currently have no sign of the migraine that was brewing this morning, and the only aches I feel are from yoga poses. Yay Kenneth! and yay acupuncture!
