I offer mental health counseling for adults. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, anger, grief and loss, relationship issues, domestic violence, addiction, divorce, identity, gender identity, women's issues, men's issues, and self-esteem.

My job is to come alongside you to assist you in finding a new perspective, develop new skills and to create a place where you can grow and heal.
