Hello! I'm Kevin Nahai. I help people solve challenges in their lives and create new results through a combination of Therapy and Coaching. My guidance is structured, practical, and direct. I allow my clients to contact me outside of our regularly scheduled sessions, for no additional cost, for on-the-spot support and check-in's. My focus areas are couples counseling, dating, relationships, career trajectory, as well as treating anxiety and depression.

Since 2010, I have been providing Life Coaching and counseling services with a focus on clients who want to overcome fears, release limitations, depression, and manifest their goals. With a little structure and accountability, anything is possible. My approach uses somatic therapy, meditation techniques, and psychotherapy as a means to achieve balance and bring a sense of well being and calmness back into their lives.

I also specialize in working with people struggling with mystery and invisible illness and chronic pain. I work well with eating disorders ( binge, purge, anorexia and bulimia or disordered eating ) and can provide ideas to soothe and calm the nervous system .

In my opinion, there is nothing more powerful than authentic human connection. The connection built between therapist and client has the ability to foster immense change and growth. Renaldo Strayhorn, earned his Ph.D., at Pacifica Graduate Institute which hosts the Joseph Campbell library. My private practice focuses on individual, and couples counseling.
