Used Broker LA to sell my house recently. Pete got me even more than I was expecting and walked me through every step of the sale. I would definitely use Broker LA for any real estate transactions in the future!

Delta Management is a great company.  The experience I had with this company was professional, efficient, very communicative and got the job done.  This company was highly recommended.  The owner introduced himself to all family members in a relaxed meeting asking what our expectations were and explained to us about his business.  From day one, he was very friendly, upfront and honest.  He had managed four buildings for us.  Any time there was an issue in any of the properties, he would let us know what the issues were and how they were handled.   When there were issues Mr. Hill or Ariella would handle the issue quickly and professionally.  He would always present a detailed report of issues that were taken care of, how it was corrected and the tenants comments (which were always positive and praised how everything was issued).    He also presented a detailed report regarding income and expenses which were clear and concise.  He treated the properties as if they were his own....First Class.  His staff is fantastic.  If I needed to speak with someone in the office, someone was always available to take my call, and if they could not, someone would always get back to me within the hour.  I am very appreciative to Mr. Hill, Ariella and his staff.  They did a wonderful job and would highly recommend them.  First class service all the way!  Thanks so much Delta Management!

i don't think they're that bad. i live at the 100 n sycamore ave property&so far, no complaints. if anything, i like that they take my rent check a day or so late&don't insist upon the late fee.

I’ve been living in the same quad , in the Fairfax district, for ruffly 15 years. I’ve had now 3 management companies in that time frame. MCM has been the new management company for a little over a year. Ultimately I believe it’s the little things, the subtle, often times unoticed moves that make the greatest impact when living in an apartment. MCM, for me, has been making all the right moves. The gardening crew are not only ladscape experts, but they are incredibly quite and effective. When something in our place needs fixing, it’s been done within 48 hours (really 24), and that is a rare thing in this city. But perhaps the biggest shift has been with the garbage, a subject that gets uniticed, just like the garbage men of this city. But when your living within a small radius of living space, the garbage cans and the trash really has impact. This new group has been exceptional. Organized, clean, and right on time. I’m happy I had the chance to put this in writing. Thank you MCM for going the extra mile. Steven Martinez
