I've been a tenant with Vesta ~2 years. I am extremely extremely satisfied with them especially when I compare them to other property management companies in SF. Reasons why:- Rent payments are handled online (like it's 2022 why are checks still being used?)- You can see all accounting (debits and credits) against your account online- Paul has been stupendous advocating for my requests for rent changes in accordance to market rate- Maintenance requests are submitted online and taken care of promptly- Vesta sends a cleaning crew monthly to clean our building (the previous property management company didn't do anything) and the cleaning team even cleans the outside garbage area and the tops of the washer and dryer- laundry was coin operated when I first moved into the building and was updated to allow cc's after I brought up the coin shortage caused by the pandemicIt hasn't been perfect but I think it has more to do with my expectations as I moved from the East Coast where apartments were plentiful. Deets:- leasing agent knew very little about the building (like where the garbage area was) and just told me to submit requests online through the portal when I ran into some move-in items like getting my mailbox key) - maybe leasing agent doesn't have to "sell" apartments in a low vacancy rate city like SF?- I got locked out my 1st week due to the hecticness of my move and I was told I had to call a locksmith to get it unlocked (I just moved cross country and knew no one in the city) - very frustrating and there should be a one-time lockout forgiveness policy- when you submit maintenance requests, you as the tenant have to liaise w/ the maintenance company after Vesta sends over the ticket to them (Vesta will email you contact information and let you and maintenance company work it through). Where I moved from, the property management took over letting in the maintenance person and showing them what to do.Overall, I'm super happy w/ Vesta - thank you Paul and team!

I usually don't write many Yelp reviews, I only  write them when I really have a great great experience with a business, and therefore, I feel the need to spread the word.  I had a plumbing issue in my apartment the other day. I immediately reported it through the Brick and Mortar portal.  Knowing how propriety management operate I was very pleased when they called me back right away and worked around my schedule to schedule an appointment in order to fix the problem. They provided me with great service, above all this company truly care about tenants living conditions. Highly recommend them! Amazing management company!
