Wow, what a pleasure it was working with Sabrina! Expectations were exceeded to say the very least.My fiancée (now wife) and I started looking for a wedding coordinator shortly after we chose a venue for our 90-person wedding. We were looking for an experienced coordinator mainly to help us with planning timelines, day of coordinating and wedding setup. Since neither of us had any experience with selecting a coordinator, so we spoke to nearly a dozen companies and consultants offering these services. Now that we've had our wedding, I can say without question that we made the right choice with Sabrina!When we first spoke with Sabrina, we were pleasantly surprised with her extensive background working with weddings of all types. She really does know her stuff! We went through many questions about her experience in different scenarios and ideas we had for our wedding. She responded confidently to every topic, unafraid to give her expert opinion and even gave us valuable insider advice on things we never would've even thought of. Clearly this wasn't her first rodeo. After that meeting, we were sold!Personality goes a long way in these things. Sabrina is very warm and pleasant and maintains a calm demeanor even when things seemed stressful to us. During our planning sessions she was extremely attentive and careful to address even the smallest details. I felt like I had pretty dumb questions at times, but she made it very comfortable to discuss anything, even the wacky and unconventional ideas we had (most of the ideas made the cut, my dancing pizza costume idea however, did not).Another important quality we found in Sabrina is responsiveness. A+ for getting back to us so quickly on updates, general questions and time sensitive tasks. With all the people involved in the wedding, there was a lot of "waiting to hear back" periods from our vendors, but never with Sabrina! That was incredibly valuable to us.On the day of our wedding, Sabrina went full steam with her hands dipped in literally everything. The wedding was seamless, everything went according to plan (except for my unauthorized colored smoke bombs, ask Sabrina lol), and all the guests had an incredible time! Sabrina did a fantastic job managing the flow of the wedding, hitting our timelines and truly bringing the vision of our wedding to life. HUGE THANK YOU to Sabrina for all the hard work you put in for our dream wedding!!! Couldn't have done it without you!!

Absolutely awesome! We went with Rental Ave for tables, chairs and linens for our wedding. They were wonderful to work with and went above and beyond to keep us happy. Every email was answered quickly and the day of setup went smoothly. They were punctual with drop off and pickup. The staff that did the setup worked very hard to fulfill our vision and were a delight to do business with. My husband and I cannot recommend them enough! Thanks Rental Avenue!! We love you!!

What we got was a creative, dynamic person who turned our wedding from a simple backyard dinner to a truly magical experience--all within our budget.From the beginning, Elle was focused on us: she heard what we were expecting of our wedding, what we dreamed our wedding could be, and the resources we had to work with. I doubt anyone would have a hard time getting along with her on a professional or personal level, which means everything when dealing with a wedding, a time when both bride and groom are anxious, nervous and concerned with every detail.She was able to decorate our wedding so it looked like a high-budget production. Her taste in decor is impeccable. Given our limited budget, she put together table pieces, decorations and lighting for our backyard that truly transformed the space. She also helped coordinate the minutia of a wedding: how we would walk down the aisle, where to arrange our food, utensils, beverages, etc., and all sorts of other things I'm sure even I am not aware she handled for us. Basically, day of, all my wife and I had to do was show up to our own wedding and enjoy it!Finally, we have to mention her team, which absolutely shined on the day. They worked hard to put every last detail in place and, during our reception, they continued working hard to make sure things went smoothly.We had a better wedding than we could have imagined, and the best part was it was all done within our budget. She made our wedding look and feel like it cost twice as much as it did. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone who needs their event to go perfectly.

Yari More & his Latin band are great. I saw them live at my friends wedding and kept their card around just in case. Years later my wife & I hired them to play at our wedding. I could not have had a better musician at my wedding. The music was spot on, the atmosphere he created at the venue was off the hook! I mean this man and his band literately made the party. Everyone was asking who he was and everyone mentioned they had a great time! Without a doubt Yari More was a big reason for that! Thank you Yari!

Team event planners from Fiestco Events did a wonderful job coordinating everything for our wedding, despite us moving to a new property with almost no cell phone service or internet two months before the date! We are not from LA, but we felt ourselves Lile home. All of our guests had a very memorable experience in Malibu: ceremony at the beach, brunch with view, tour about beautiful places for photos and around LA, and the reception on the roof terrace at the restaurant . Alex gracefully guided all of our 70+ guests through the crowded streets on that very hot day! They explained everyone what to do, how to get to the venue, booked transportation. We were also very impressed with the wedding professionals (photographer, hair and make up, designers and DJ)she recommended. We found them all to be very friendly and excellent at their respective jobs. All of which iterated to me that they have a great professional friendship with Kate and Art, which my husband and I really felt a part of that week! They are dynamite!
