CFS One one One Fitness/Self Defense Training sessions are $80 the hour. If you need me to travel to you and train you in the comfort of your home or residential gym or area, I can do that as well, the rate is $100 for the hour. Best place to train BJJ in Los Angeles. PERIOD! Sensei Romulo and Sensei Edwin are two of the best jiu jitsu grapplers of all time and they make sure you learn the technique perfectly all while entertaining you throughout each class. The other members are also very friendly which doesn't make it intimidating at all. It's a great place to go if you are looking to train for any bjj competition since the training is world class, or if you are a beginner looking to master some self defense techniques. Can't imagine a better bjj gym in the city.
