I have only great things to say about the experience I had with Leo. At the beginning I was kinda skeptic about hiring Leo for my project, because I had a very bad experience with another so called architect; boy I was very wrong. Leo is a real professional architect with integrity and high standards he does his job. He kept me informed about everything that was going on with my permit it's a long process, but he was always there if I had questions, if I didn't like something he was there to find a solution. Ground braking started yesterday and I am very excited to see my project starting.

This is an excellent company to work with. They handled my garage conversion with ease. And that included preparing the necessary permits required and then taking care of the city inspections from Start to Finish. My family and I were so happy when we received our Certificate of Occupancy and were able to rent out our ADU- They worked very well with the various building inspectors and the entire project was fun and informative. I highly recommend Big Boy Construction and I give them FIVE STARS
