I founded Journey 2 Self-Luv to Empower Women everywhere, I am here to help women find their selves, help them to build healthy relationships and boundaries, build self-love, rebuild confidence and learn self-care, I want to help build positive habits, strive in their careers and find inner peace.
What I found to love the most, is the passion I have behind helping other women like myself to live up to their full potential. To ensure women that it is ok to take a break for a minute and build self-love and care. To help them achieve what goals they have in life, whether it is confidence in their careers, building healthy relationships with others or their selves, or simple be an outlet to help them get through everyday life.
What inspired me? I struggled for a long time to find myself, find self-love/care, I struggled with my relationships, confidence, and holding myself accountable. It was not until I did some digging with my own Life coach was I able to overcome all of the hurdles and live the life I wanted for myself, children and husband. When I was able to do this, I decided to write a book and help other women like me. Women Empowerment is everything.
