My DJ was Eddie. My wedding was last November. He was awesome. I filled out most of the online info but I was so busy I didn't do it all. I'm just a 'wing-it' kind of person. I'm lucky I got a DJ that totally understood me. He made my boquet and garter toss TOTALLY memorable. And mixed in some really fantastic music similar to what I was looking for. Everyone loved him. And when ppl started requesting he was very polite in not changing the plan :-) exactly what we needed with a large family like mine. The lighting could have been brighter, but was arranged well. I think that mistake was because of my venue coordiator who was awful (not the dj's fault). The ceremony music and sound was right on point. I would hire them for another event.

We wanted to celebrate our 3, 2020 graduates with an outdoor, socially distant dance & karaoke party. We inquired on Bark, and within 15 minutes I was contacted by DJ George @ DJ Connections. We booked and 72 hours later we had the most fabulous karaoke and dance party ever. George was responsive, brought everything needed, has a deep song catalog, selected great tunes to get us started and responded to requests with ease. And, the price was very competitive for 3 hours. I’d hire again in a minute!

We are a family owned, family run business and we can bring what you need and host a great karaoke event in much of southern California. Although we specialize in and love our 80s and Classic Rock, we have plenty of Oldies, Real Oldies, both modern and classic Country-Western, and of course current hits. We are Karaoke DJs. We don't drop off the equipment and pick it up later. We arrive early, set everything up, accept the song requests and run the karaoke portion of your party.
It's just plain fun. Providing people of all ages the opportunity to easily choose songs, and then get up and sing those songs with quality equipment is great. It's awesome to see someone hesitant give it a try and then return later with another song to sing again.
Among the three of us, a love of technology and singing 80s & Classic Rock music has brought us together to pursue this family business. We are husband, wife and daughter team that started out several years ago hosting backyard karaoke parties with friends and family, a bunch of karaoke CDs and an all-in-one karaoke box. Boy, did it take a while to find the right CDs with the songs that were selected. With the addition of better technology, equipment and fun add-ons (who doesn't like fog machines and viewing and requesting songs from your mobile), we have evolved into Styx and Stones Mobile Karaoke. We'd love to share our love of singing the music with you by providing karaoke at your next event.
We are new at this. There's no getting around that, but we have to start somewhere. We are passionate about what we do and will work very hard to make our portion of the party as trouble free and as fun as possible.
