A five star review would indicate everything was perfect, and went exactly the way I wanted it to go. Â But alas, that never happens, so Calvin's, you get 4.999 stars for making me wait 10,000 weeks for my furniture! Â OK, all kidding aside (it was actually 8 weeks for the couch, and about a week for everything else), I understand that they can't possibly keep every single couch and recliner in stock, with every size, color, and configuration at the ready. I could have taken tables/tv stand off the floor, but I for what I spent, I wanted new. Â We decided Bradington Young & Hooker - both top quality brands. Â Over the course of 3 trips, we ordered a custom sectional couch w/chaise, a recliner, 3 tables, and an entertainment stand. Â We had no issues with the sales folks, Cal Jr was truly helpful in making certain all the pieces matched properly, etc. Â We brought measurements of our room and he put together the sectional w/chaise, which was a feat in itself, as our room had funky dimensions, etc. Â There was no pressure at all (maybe they noticed we were dropping more than $20K on furniture, so they left us alone?), not sure. Â I did make it clear that I would not look at crap furniture, no RTA stuff (that crap you assemble), and no factory seconds, etc. Â Furniture arrived as scheduled, the delivery guys were fantastic, setting everything up wherever we needed it, and made zero mess. Â Other folks mentioned that receipts and all that were necessary to get service. Â I had an issue with my recliner - they immediately sent their service guy out, who appeared to be 500 years old, and who knew furniture since humans sat on rocks. Â He pulled that recliner apart, noticed the issue (a bolt had become loose), fixed it, and then some, reassembled it, and done. Â Chair was perfect. Â I saw the inner construction of that recliner, and it was ridiculously strong, all hardwood, NO stapled stuff to pressed crap, etc. The quality of the pieces is 5 star - all wood, no pressed crap, and very, very well made. Â I would imagine that the couch is made the same way. Â The tables/tv stand, is all solid wood, and all are VERY heavy. Â No complaints. One last little tid-bit; they are a Flexsteel dealer as well, and this is the make of the furniture on my boat. Â So if you need cushions, replacement parts, etc., they can get you anything you need.
