I should of wrote this review years ago. I went to see Lindsey A. Brady back in Oct 2014 for a severe addiction to cigarettes. (It is now May 2018) I was over a 2 pack a day smoker for over 30 years and tried everything and failed miserably everytime. However, within 40 minutes of my session with Lindsey Brady I have never had even one urge to light up or smoke a cigarette and most amazingly I have never had even one addiction withdrawal symptom that was either physical or mental to smoke another cigarette. I have no idea how that's possible since any medical professional will tell you withdrawal symptoms is the body reaction to stopping cold turkey. I didn't even gain weight or scream at my wife either! I just never really thought about smoking period. This fellow is a God Send and anyone that truly wants to quit smoking or anything else has got to have a session with him. I was a huge skeptic and even after the session I said to myself "How the hell could that possibly of worked " I'm still blown away and extremely thankful. He's been doing for many years and developed his own process and even wrote the book on it! Go see Lindsey A. Brady at the Institute of Hypnotherapy ASAP" He's the best!!
