I currently work for Luma Pictures, a VFX company in Santa Monica with about 90 employees. We work 10 hour work days, have a fully stocked kitchen, and over 9 bathrooms and some outdoor spaces in our studio. Basically it can get quite messy if there is no upkeep in the studio. I called Maid Serve and they were able to give us a team that day. Be aware that I called many other cleaning services throughout LA to no avail. The team that Maid Serve gave us was in house for 3-4 weeks every day, 5 days a week, without any question. They really pulled through and saved us the time and energy!I would 100% recommend the team. They have the best customer service and always respond in a timely manner. In this day and age, customer service has definitely been lowered. It is great to see that the Maid Serve team has someone there at all times to help fulfill needs! I would use them again for sure.

This company is SO reliable. Takes the stress right out of my week knowing I can count on a professional cleaner to show up when I need them. Their website is super convenient as well, you can choose a basic clean by itself, or do add ons (like deep cleaning your oven or fridge) which makes communicating simple and avoids the guilt of asking for extra work once they're there. Definitely plan to book with them again, you even get discounts when you choose a biweekly or monthly plan. Love it
