Christine is the first and only person you should call. We had 1 problem dog who would have accidents and the house and were about to bring home a new bundle of joy. Christine worked with us on the problem dog and helped prepare us for bringing home our new baby. She helped us prepare the other dogs for the new arrival and help us set boundaries with the puppy. She was such an e cella t help that we were able to remodel the first floor of our house and get new furniture that our problem destroyed. Our puppy was so trained that she was not like having a puppy at all because of all the training techniques Christine gave us. Our puppy immediately hit the ground running. If you are getting a new puppy or have a problem dog that you are at your wits end with- contact her. Our problem dog is no longer a problem at all.

I adopted my two cats, Boris and Sephiroth and my dog Sunny from this shelter. They're wonderful people, I love my new family members, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

For the last 20 years, PS&VC has taken care of our pets.  And "care" doesn't BEGIN to express the affection and concern Dr. Wiles and his team has devoted to our dogs.  PS&VC has done wonders in helping keep our loved ones healthy and they've lived much longer -- and been happier -- than we ever expected.  And when the time came to say goodbye, the Dr. Wiles and his staff could not have been more sensitive to the emotion of the moment.   Can you tell that we love this place?

Best place in the Pittsburgh area! We live within 2 miles of two doggy daycare and boarding places but will go out of our way to bring our pup to Friendly Paws! He loves going there and they take the best care of him. Plus I love seeing pics of him they post on FB! Highly recommend and the rates are great! Thanks Friendly Paws for taking such good care of our fur baby!

I take my american bully pup Capone here and the staff are extremely kind and helpful. I find them very reasonable with prices and they show a true love for animals.

Jace is a fantastic dog trainer who has opened our eyes to a new way of communicating with our 2 year old Dutch shepherd, Bas. We ran into some problematic behavior (dog reactivity) that Jace was eager to learn about. We sat down for an extensive evaluation in which Jace asked several questions and took pages of notes on Bas's history, what was happening, and what we were looking for. On our first lesson, we knew we had the right trainer with his punctuality, ability to teach, and clear communication on what was required of us. His plan and approach seemed logical at first but nearly miracle-like in application. Jace's extensive knowledge of dog training coupled with his ability to effectively communicate with and train us, as handlers, was more than we had hoped for in helping make Bas successful. I would highly recommend working with H-D Interactions and would do it again in a heartbeat! 👍🏻👍🏻
