We were looking for a Dog Trainer in the 90066 zip. Someone who would come to our house and offer “ One on One “ training for our dog Spooky. After speaking to Gordon of Websters Dog Training, we knew he was the trainer for us. Our dog was in charge of us and we needed our home and lives returned to normal. Gordon laid out the content of the training and our involvement in it. One thing we weren’t expecting was Crate Training. What a difference that made. That alone was almost a game changer for our dogs behavior. Gordon emphasized holding our dog accountable for his behavior. We taught him Wait, Stay, Leave It and Come. We practiced until he was perfect at those. We were focusing on “ Impulse Control “ and he now has that mastered. We’ve enjoyed this process immensely and our new understanding of what a responsible dog owner should be. We also learnt to be more patient with our dog and understand his needs on a daily basis. Annamarie is fantastic! I have known Annamarie for six years since she has been training Harley. He is now the best dog ever. I'm constantly getting compliments on how well behaved he is.  Recently, my son has had some challenges with his dog, Pookie, a pomeranian.  He had behavioral issues which were unnerving and we were at our wits end.  Annamarie started training him and we saw an immediate change in one day. We then decided to hire her for a week and the results were spectacular. My son is thrilled with the work she has done with Pookie, as am I. I used to dread Pookie coming to visit for the weekend, but now he is a delight and I look forward to it. I highly recommend that you hire Annamarie. Not only does she do training, but she is also a dog nanny and sitter and walker. She makes our lives with our dog very convenient, as she is always able to help.

Grace was very personal and professional with our puppy. She explained what certain signs and symptoms meant. Our puppy fell in love with her.

Jackie is a great trainer! She teaches the owners just as much as the pet itself. You can tell by how she runs her sessions that she is highly experienced. My Australian Shepherd puppy has made tremendous progress with Jackie's guidance. I am confident in my ability to train him going forward, knowing Jackie isn't far away if needed.

I thought I knew how to train a dog, until I got this one! She's an awesome Belgian Sheepdog but we had very little communication and she found my training boring. Not fun she screamed at me! David helped us bridge that gap, he helped me find what she understands and responds to. I personally like to go with Positive Reinforcement, David respected that and guided us toward fun and play! I'm on my way to having the dog of my dreams! Don't hesitate, he'll customize a training program for you, that will work! He has patience even with hard headed clients with wiley Belgian Sheepdogs!

What would my pug, Pants, be without Melissa and Pawsitively Perfect Pooches? Unruly. I am pretty terrible with discipline, especially when I'm face-to-face with the furry, black, sausage-shaped, lap-loving, smooshed-face sweetheart that is Pants. Fortunately, early in his life, Pants met and instantly loved Melissa and her unbelievably friendly dobie, Badonkadonk. Yes, really, that's really his name and Pants' best friend. A pug and a dobie, playing happily together - who woulda thought? It's just a little evidence that Melissa can work wonders. Pugs are not known for ease in trainability so, while they're lovers - not fighters, they don't often do what you want, when you want. However, with the gentle but commanding and always positive approach Melissa takes in her training, Pants was like pug-shaped putty in her hands.
