I met Jeanne Miller (owner of Two Paws Up) about 3 years ago. I had a lab puppy with a ton of energy and I saw her van driving by one day. I called, took Frosty up for her interview and stayed for 3 hours. Jeanne is amazing. It was like meeting the female version of the Dog Whisper. My dogs, my girls are my kids. Jeanne treats my girls as if they were her own. For probably the first year or so, Frosty went by herself. Jeanne or one of her awesome staff would come get her in the morning and bring her home in the evening. Jeanne kept telling me that Chili wanted to go, I kept saying I think she's too dog aggressive. Jeanne said to trust her. I took Chili up for her interview, she passed with flying colors, I got sent to the porch. Apparently Chili is a much nicer, better behaved dog when her mother isn't stressing her out. Go figure! Chili and Frosty have been going together now for about 2 years. Jeanne has changed, for the better, the quality of their lives. I will be forever in her debt. The girls are not locked in a crate and you pay to have them walked a couple of times a day. There is an acre to run around on, completely secure. They swim (there is an in ground pool on-site) there are toys and activities, doggy beds, day beds for them to lay on, shaded areas, grass, a small house on site for more timid dogs or dogs with some health issues. If you love your dogs you owe it to yourself and them to visit her facility. It is like nothing you've ever seen. She makes her own dog treats. There is literally a bakery on site where she makes her cookies and doggy ice cream. In a million years I would have never boarded my dogs when on vacation. I always had someone come stay at the house. I actually did last year. Of course, I called every day, Jeanne was patient with me and always left me messages to tell me how well they were doing and that they went home with her at night. I am not sure 5000 words will be enough. Well, I don't want people to lose interest in my review because I went on too long. Again, if you love your dogs, if they are your fur kids, you owe it to them to check out Two Paws Up. It is the best thing you will ever do for them.
