Healing Pathways of Houston, PLLC is a group therapy practice that provides high quality yet affordable mental health counseling services. This is accomplished through training future clinicians to practice in addition to having licensed professionals as a part of our team. Currently, we are able to provide services remotely via tele health (video and phone platform options).

In all my career, I had the opportunity to work in several fields and I noticed how different conditions like diabetes, HTN, heart problems, stress , anxiety and others are consequence of bad habits, sedentarism and stressful lives.
