Over the years I have realized that it is, by it is, I mean mind, body, soul, is all one, connected, so I practice approaching topics with a wholeness holistic perspective, because if one part of your life is misaligned the rest of it will be.

Alchemical Hypnosis is an advanced system of therapy, in which we train clients to work with inner resources (archetypes or inner guides) on a daily basis to solve a wide variety of personal problems. These include weight loss, smoking cessation, addiction control, but also healing chronic disease through advice and spiritual surgery from an inner healer. in conjunction of course with medical treatment.

Therapy with me is a collaborative experience. We will work closely together to help make sense of what is troubling, and explore ways to to make the changes you are wanting to see. You will not be left alone to figure it all out while I take notes. Working together, you will have access to several modalities including: talking, Animal Assisted Therapy, Art Therapies, Hypnosis, Sandtray, and Mindfulness Training which are all evidence based practices for treating and reducing symptoms of depression, anxiety, loss and grief, and addiction .
