Zenya is an Amazing place. The facility is warm and welcoming and the staff are awesome. I have had 2 massages with cupping done by Maya and I can not rave enough about my experience. Maya is extremely knowledgeable, caring and thorough. She is very welcoming and makes you feel right at home. She remembers me by name when I come in and the issues that I have. Cupping by nature is not an enjoyable experience, but she makes it more bearable through her warm personality and her lively conversation. Cupping has really helped me pull out the toxins in my system and regain range of motion in my shoulders previously lost due to injury. The bruising is intense but worth it and I am so happy that I was Introduced to Maya because she truly loves the practice of cupping and does her best to make sure you get the most out of your session. She is through in explaining how everything is connected and how treating different areas can aliveate issues in others. She even taught me some amazing stretches to help with my carpal tunnel. If you have massive tension and tightness you want cupping! And you want it done by Maya!! I will totally be going back for many more sessions!!! Great value for the groupon rate...loved the atmosphere very calming and peaceful. Massage was good by Valaria...however, being a little more personable, flexible and engaging would go a long way!!!

Relaxing & Invigorating! Zenya Yoga Studio is my happy place. I escape the hustle bustle of life when I walk in the front door. It's instantly calming and changes my mood for the better. I have been going to Zenya on and off for the past few years. I wish I had the time to go everyday! I have experienced many instructors and have not yet had one that I didn't love. They each have their own gifts that they bring to the mat. Linda Kerns, who teaches Gentle Yoga & Vinyasa is so wonderful. I need yoga to calm my brain and move my body. Linda does that perfectly. I leave feeling like I just had a massage! She is great for people new to yoga as well as those who are experienced. Joe Charsagua is also a wonderful instructor and he gives your ears a special treat at the end of class. He plays the guitar and it's beautiful & relaxing. The reception staff are friendly and helpful and serve as substitute teachers when needed. Both Belda & John are fantastic at the front desk as well as on the mat! Last week John was a substitute teacher and his voice was amazingly calming. The owner, Cortney Cunningham is involved in many fitness businesses so her vast knowledge and experience are very helpful in making Zenya a successful business. I'm so glad I chose Zenya as the yoga studio to try when I moved here in May. The warm welcome I received was something I needed being a stranger in town. This studio is amazing!! I've been coming here every week for over 6 months. The instructors really take the extra mile to ensure you're comfortable. They'll also cater to you if you're looking to do something more challenging or vice versa and you need to take it easy. I go to as many Barre and Yoga classes as I can. Heather, Linda, Melissa, John and Gayle are phenomenal instructors. Jean goes above and beyond to be helpful and warm (I think she may be the owner).
