This company does insurance claim inspections for Quicken Loans. Their inspector Dan has no idea what he's doing. Our supplemental insurance claim funds are being held by Quicken even though all work is completed and signed off by General Contractor that did work. Dan spends ten minutes taking pictures and never got on roof. We had roof, gutters, siding damaged by hail, NO WINDOWS! He sends report to Quicken saying windows still need repair? Spoke with Tina with Wolverine. She reviewed inspection report and agreed with my assessment of inspection report. she reviewed documents and revised report and all issues are now resolved!
