Wow - incredible experience purchasing Weather Shield windows and installation!
Very professional and helpful, even on my small 3 window/1 patio door project.
Came by with project manager and contractor to look at the site and double check measurements twice before starting work. Very low pressure to purchase, no upselling, and detailed pricing/quote. No problems with the contractor they paired me with, either. Walked me through the whole process. A misquote on a window price (for lower than the actual price) was honored. A small problem (partially my fault, the windows have a lot of options!) with the window jamb type was fixed, no questions asked.

The staff at Window Design Center helped us select beautiful and very functional Marvin windows appropriate to the styling of our older home.
As I tried to paint the wooden windows one got stuck (entirely my mistake) and they sent out a person the same day to help me get the window back on its track.
I have been really pleased with the exceptional service and the quality of their product. We will using them again!

I bought Marvin windows for replacement of the old ones in my house. Couldn't be more pleased with the staff! Install of windows was great. The location is also helpful, on the west side close to the mall. Though the product is high-end, I did not feel intimidated by the environment of this business, and I believe it was a great use of my money. More...
